CAST hones in on an individual’s character and development potential, the personal qualities and mindsets that are most associated with successful performance. We use our experience and personal approach, rather than an automated process, to get a true insight of a person’s character.

The assessment is carried out through a one-to-one online interview that will take approximately 60minutes.  After the interview, a detailed report will be provided, which summarizes the individual’s strengths and areas for development.
