Meet the Team

Hi, I’m Areti.

I started out researching the neurobiology and gender differences in children with disruptive and aggressive behaviour. After some years of research, I moved to a more hands-on prevention and assessment work with these children, including strategies to identify risks and prevent childhood crime.

Through my psychology degrees and subsequent work, I also focused my time on learning and creating psychological assessments and designing studies to test various aspects of human behaviour.

I have been fortunate to be able to combine these seemingly separate, but highly related, interests to help individuals and organisations to improve their operations!

Hi, I’m Thea.

I completed my Master’s in Forensic Psychology in the fall of 2022 through Maastricht University. My research was conducted at Child Development Institute, the home and origin of the EARL.

My experiences lie in both research and clinical work with the EARL. I have been fortunate enough to work alongside clinicians that practice the use of EARL in their professional day-to-day lives, as well as being part of the initial team that completed research on the newly developed EARL-V3.

I am currently based in Norway, working together with an international EARL-Team, to conduct further research on the EARL-V3 and assist in EARL-V3 training courses.
